Oreno French Kagurazaka Review Summary

The service was horrible. Avoid.

The water tastes like dishwasher water and the waitress dropped some of the beef slices and not only did she not apologize, we never received a compensation.

The price is indeed fair, but you get less than you paid for. the meat is only decent at best and the duck was drowned in sauce..
Stay clear of the crab🦀 risotto. Terrible and watery.

The 500 yen wine was okay🙄

Decent food. Good dessert! Nice staff. Quality time with colleagues 😄

Delicious, must try if you crave for French food while you are in Tokyo.

As with other reviewers, I suggest avoiding Uber eats orders from this restaurant. Despite my request for a rare steak on the order, what arrived had been fried to inedible grey leather. When I phoned to ask about this, I was offered no apology and was told that the shop cooked medium-rare as standard, and that it must have “overheated in the delivery driver’s bag”. I asked to speak to someone in charge and was told both the manager and the chef were “not in today”….
They asked to phone me back and never did.

Foods and the atmosphere were so great! The staffs are also very et friendly but one thing… the place was not so big so when I visit here alone, even though I ordered alcohol drink and a few plates, I needed to eat a bit rush since I felt that the staff would like to clean the table😅
Anyway, all the foods that I ordered are very tasty☺️
