We use seasonal ingredients and the menu changes regularly, so you can enjoy something fresh no matter when you go. Not only is the handmade pasta delicious, but the appetizers, appetizers, and desserts are all delicious. This is my favorite Italian restaurant.
All of them are delicately seasoned with attention to detail, yet they are also great value for money!
I can't help but look forward to every step from making a reservation to visiting.
I also love the atmosphere of the staff. I'll visit you again soon!

An exquisite Italian restaurant that is a must-visit for pasta lovers!
This is a shop located between Ikejiri Ohashi and Sangenjaya.
On this day, at the arrangement of a regular customer, we received a special style a la carte addition to the course.
Well, the pasta festival was too good for my palate.
Shops I want to recommend but don't want people to know about...
-------------------
The holiday course includes appetizer + main + bread + dessert.
Add 6 dishes of a la carte pasta to share!
Surprisingly, all the pasta is made by hand.
All the dishes are perfect and very delicious.
There are 9 items that I particularly like!
▶︎Assortment of 3 types of appetizers
→Carpaccio is sticky and sweet◎
The mozzarella cheese is so smooth that it looks like it's freshly made, and it goes well with the freshness of the eggplant.
The smoked chicken was also refreshing and delicious.
▶︎Spring cabbage and mullet peperoncino
→ Karasumi brings out the sweetness of spring cabbage.
Most people have the impression that mullet roe is salty, but this one has just the right amount of salt and is delicious!
▶︎ Whitebait and zucchini with lemon butter sauce
→The lemon butter sauce is so delicious...
It's amazing that even though it uses butter, it's not heavy at all.
A spring-like dish with the scent of whitebait!
▶︎ Bologna style meat sauce
→Even though it's a meat sauce, it has a spice-like freshness that passes through your nose!
It was a little thick, so it mixed well with the noodles and was delicious.
▶︎Fruit tomatoes and basil
→I want to use fruit tomatoes for tomato-based pasta in the future!
That's how much I liked it!
It feels like sweet caprese turned into pasta.
▶︎Firefly squid and zucchini Genovese
→A visual that looks like it was created by a witch. lol
Both the Genoa and the miso part of the firefly squid have very strong flavors, but they blend well in your mouth!
▶︎ Handmade tagliatelle with oysters and spinach
→This day was my favorite.
It uses cumin and has a taste I've never had before.
The oysters are also plump and delicious.
▶︎ Shimoda's stewed pork and eggplant tagliatelle
→This pig is incredibly soft...
This is the first time I've had pork that is so light.
Even people who don't like tomato-based foods can eat this.
▶︎Panna cotta
→ Plump like hardened pudding.
Or rather, it looks like pudding, right?
I'm glad that even the sweets are delicious.

On this day, the three of us shared nine pasta dishes.
33g x 9=I ate about 300g of pasta and I was full.
But I didn't feel upset at all, and I didn't get bored.
Delicious till the end!
And with this quality
It's amazing that there is a limited flavor of pasta every week...
I would like to go there if it was nearby.
Originally, lunch starts from 1,100 yen.
The cost performance is too high and I am worried about the management of the store. lol
There are counter and table seats inside the store.
The food is prepared by a single chef, and his skill is impressive.
Recommended for use with friends and family!

It's probably about 10 minutes walk from Sangenjaya Station.
It's located in a quiet alley, so it feels like a hidden gem.
I felt like only people in the know knew about it.
The interior of the store is mainly counter seats, so it is suitable for small groups.
I think there is a private room at the back of the store, so you can have a meal in a group.
I think it can also be used for drinking parties!
They give detailed explanations about the ingredients and wine, and most importantly, no matter what you eat, it's delicious! I also think that the billing is very conscientious about the contents. The pasta seemed to be hand-made, had a chewy and elastic texture, and had a nice truffle aroma, which was great.
We also had seasonal vegetables, and above all, the meat at the end was very delicious.
All the dishes and the presentation were cute, and the plate containing the first soup was very nice.
I think this is a wonderful shop that will give you new discoveries every time you visit. It was a store I definitely wanted to visit again.

It has a hideaway-like structure and a homely atmosphere. The handmade pasta is delicious, and they have a wide variety of wines to choose from! Perfect for a date or girls' night out. Although the price is reasonable, the taste is really delicious, and I feel happy every time I go to eat the carefully prepared dishes! !
You can keep your seats properly spaced, so you can rest assured about infection control. Due to its popularity, reservations for dinner are recommended.
