All dishes are delicious! I wanted to try everything on the menu. Each dish is exquisite. The lighting is a little dim so you can have a calm conversation. I think it must have been difficult for both the chef and the service staff to work individually, but the meal was served in a timely manner. The tripe, cold sea urchin pasta, and gorgonzola cheesecake are all great. I want to go eat there again. The only thing that bothered me was that there was a smell of cigarettes coming from a different floor. I eventually got used to it (^^ゞ

An Italian restaurant located in a narrow building along Hanatsubaki-dori, a 4-5 minute walk from Shimbashi Station.
Italian restaurant run by Yoshitake Sushi.
Please note that the entrance to the building is narrow and difficult to understand. There is an elevator in the back and it goes up from there, but it is much narrower. By the way, the inside of the shop is also narrow.
There is a counter seat on the left side of the store, a table seat for two people in the aisle on the right side, and a semi-private room table in the back.
It's amazing that there are so many seats even though it seems that one chef is cooking. And it's amazing that there are so many seats with this thinness.
The atmosphere is casual and easy to talk to.
Ordering is a la carte, and it is better to tell everything from appetizers to mains first.
We ordered two appetizers, prata and trippa, Genovese pasta, abalone and seafood risotto, main and two desserts.
The main dish was fish and meat, but I chose the alfonsino aqua pazza because it was Yoshitake-san's series.
Acqua Pazza 1 choice, fish can be chosen style, but time was late so fish was also 1 choice w
All are stable and delicious.
It feels like royal Italian.
The risotto was delicious with the seafood flavor.
The alfonsino acqua pazza came out in a dynamic way.
It also came with an eyeball, so I ate it. The center of the eyeball was white, hard and milky. The taste is not milky.
I wanted chopsticks to eat w
It was delicious!
It feels like a hideaway and a little-known Italian place.

Best!
I made an appointment to meet someone after a long time, and this is the shop I was looking for.
Everything was delicious with seasonal fish and vegetables on the menu.
Not only the fish but also the meat was finished with exquisite heat, and it was delicious with grainy mustard.
I couldn't eat the chef's specialty, raw sea urchin pasta for some reason, so I'd like to come back and eat it again😋
I was sitting at the counter seat, but the chef was busy cooking.
Not only were they busy, but they seemed to be having a lot of fun preparing the delicate food, and it was a lot of fun to see.
Finally, let's talk about the budget.
First, I chose from appetizers to main dishes, and it was about 36,000 yen with one glass of sparkling wine and two bottles of wine. I think that this amount is reasonable at a restaurant in Ginza that is on the Michelin Guide 🙌
