Reservation required. There are only 9 seats in the restaurant.

From start to finish...the level of attention and attention to detail was perfection. But this occured in an atmosphere which was not the 'break no rules' regime of notorious high end sushi restaurants. The sushi course (as far as I could tell, there was only the eat until you indicate full omakase chef's choice option) was delivered at a comfortable pace and each seasonal offering was...delicious. There is a bit of theatricality with some of the items...but most were done to indicate freshness of the ingredients...not just empty showmanship. All in all...a wonderful experience...that comes at a price. Expect to pay a premium price for the premium offering delivered to you.

Bottom line...if you are looking for a Michelin grade meal...you will receive it here...in a comfortable atmosphere with an affable master chef. Bon Appétit.
