Amazing cheesecake. The owner was very helpful, given my limited Japanese

Delicious other than strawberry chande!

I fell in love at first sight with the strawberry chande that I saw in a booklet called [Bunkyo Gourmet Map] in Kanda Myojin.
I fell in love at first sight and it was so delicious!
I love the juiciness of strawberries, the lightness of cream, the scent of cookies, and the smoothness of chocolate! (I was worried about how to eat it, but I took a bite from the side ♪ lol)
There are also many other attractive cakes and baked sweets.
Two carefully selected cherry blossom cakes and raw chocolate cakes were also very delicious.
See you soon (*´꒳`*)

I wanted to try this shop because strawberry shandy is often introduced on TV!
3 types of sizes: small → large → extra large
It seems to be about 1 bite → 3 bites → 5 bites.

Even though it was small, it was difficult to take a bite lol
The first base cookie was delicious.
So, if they only sell cookies, I would like to buy them next time.
In the summer, even if you use an ice pack, the chocolate will get squishy while you take it home, so chill it in the fridge for an hour when you get home! I was given a lecture, so I followed the instructions and the light chocolate on the surface became crispy and I found fresh cream and strawberries ♡

salted caramel roll cake
Maybe it's because I put it in the fridge together.
The cream has become a little hard.
sponge? Maybe it's because of the dense and heavy texture of the roll cakes from the Showa era, when I couldn't find the fluffy sponge cakes of my childhood.
niwww A little nostalgic

Translated from Japanese:

Purchased as a gift. Chante was popular and quickly became popular. I ate fruit rolls and marron rolls, but was there marron in the dough? Looks like it. The cream is not cloying and has a fluffy feel. Tokikiki is a store frequented by actresses...

On the way from Yushima to the cafe you were looking for, you stopped at an intersection. ? On the other side of the traffic light, I discovered a shop that emitted a glowing aura...its name was ``Ozawa Western Confectionery Shop''...

Second visit. I bought a strawberry chande as a gift. They were very pleased‍♀️It's quite expensive for one strawberry, so I can't buy a lot, but it's very delicious. The clerk is a bit unfriendly, but again...
