This pastry is divine! I bought different pastries and everything was gorgeous!
My favourite are the pear cheesecake and the pumpkin pie. I also liked the vanilla flan but, unfortunately, the crust was a bit soggy (the only defeat that I found in all the dessert I’ve tried).
Honestly, if you are a sweet person this pastry is for you!

It's a little hard to find inside the Park Hyatt hotel, but it's DELICIOUS! Slightly expensive but worth it for a large selection of beautiful pastries that also tasted amazing. Highly recommend.

The best in Tokyo. Trust me, I’m a pastry chef. I eat at the restaurants in Park Hyatt quite often, and the desserts never ever disappoint. All the cakes, entremet, pastries and croissant are just incredible. And I just recently found the best almond croissants, it’s here! I spent almost 10,000 yen in 2 consecutive days here and it’s totally worth it. Can I say more? And I love the attentive staff here, it’s Park Hyatt after all. Compared to other overrated high end patisseries in Tokyo that make me roll my eyes, this place is moderately priced to pricey for a very solid reason. I highly recommend spending your money here
