    One of my favorite meals/eating experiences in Tokyo. You pick which course you want, and the foods rotate monthly depending on what the chef has for ingredients. And the food was absolutely amazing, with each course crafted to perfection. I was super impressed with the service too. Such a great place. You must come and try it out.

    KOST, located along the Kuhonbutsu train tracks, is a wonderful place that gently releases visitors from their daily lives✨
    Each dish was served in a dramatic manner, taking into consideration the changing seasons✨

    Order lunch dessert course 3,800 yen (tax included)
    (Appetizer, main, dessert, drink)

    The appetizer that begins the course is a colorful quiche dish carefully layered with seasonal leaves and herbs, packed with the beauty of enjoying nature's blessings as they are.
    The perfectly cooked seafood and accents of the sauce quietly awakened my appetite and raised my expectations for the next dish.

    The main fish dish is a dish that shines with beautiful presentation and solid skill.
    The delicate white fish is plump and goes perfectly with the spinach and sauce.
    While bringing out the natural flavor of the fish, the flavor of herbs and rich cream gently envelops you.
    It was a quiet and gentle taste that felt the breath of the season in every bite 👏

    And the highlight of this course is the dessert🌰
    The astringent chestnut chestnut pie that heralds the arrival of autumn leaves a sweet and fragrant aftertaste🌰

    At the end, the pastry chef's skill shines through canelés and tarts, and seasonal fruits add color to the Hachette dessert.
    The sense of beauty in each dish satisfied my sense of sight, taste, and soul.
    I had a great time discussing what to eat with my friends ✨

    Lunch time at KOST, where time passes slowly as you listen to the occasional sound of the train passing by in the silence of Kuhonbutsu🚃
    I was able to fully enjoy the story created by reliable French techniques and seasonal ingredients.
