Best patisserie in Tokyo! I lived in Shinozaki for a year and this was the highlight of my experience. Hiro is an award winning patissier and you really won’t find better. The prices are reasonable and staff friendly.

Purchase Respect for the Aged Day cake here. Shaved ice was already sold out.
The cute form, which uses a lot of edible flowers, is impressive. This is a popular Western confectionery store with a wide variety of baked goods.

Mr. Yamamoto, the owner and pastry chef, has a brilliant career.
The beautiful and gorgeous cakes that use edible flowers are so vivid to the eye that you'll have trouble deciding which one to choose.
I think one of the good things about this is that you can enjoy the scent and texture layered on top of each other.
I've seen some comments about the customer service, but I've been there many times and have never had a bad experience.
