Patissier Shima Reviews

I took it to work at the end of the year. Cute cakes in a cute shop. There's no doubt about it.

The pastry chef here is the one who created the first in Japan, and the chocolate cake mousse is so smooth.

I brought it to work, and since the expiration date was today, I asked the girl to share it with the people who were coming early tomorrow morning, and I would take responsibility and avoid food waste! ! There was a reply. That's fine (lol)

2023/8/XX (Take Out)

A famous pastry chef who is known as an expert in French sweets.
It was right next to "European Curry Soleil" where I had lunch, so I visited without hesitation.
Baked sweets such as cookies are also sold, but this time I bought a cake.

◾️Chocolatine Arriba @648 yen (tax included)
--- Rum raisin and chocolate cake. A chocolate cake that doesn't taste innovative, but is rustic and delicious.

◾️ Mousse phrase @ 648 yen
---It was a strawberry mousse cake, and besides the mousse, the sponge and jelly layers were full of strawberries. It's a very gentle taste, and it's a gateau that can be lightly.

◾️ Griottine @ 648 yen
---Adult chocolate cake using kirsch. The mellow aroma of griotte cherries soaked in Western liquor was wonderful, and the griotte cherries were hidden in the sponge dough, giving it a mature taste, but it was very delicious with a good balance with the elegant sweetness of the mousse. I enjoyed the joy of being an adult.

The price itself is a little high, but I think it's reasonable in terms of cost performance.
Among the items purchased this time, Griottine was overwhelmingly delicious.
If I have the opportunity to visit next time, I would like to purchase the creme ange or creme brulee that is said to have been popularized by the pastry chef here.

I like this cake the best in Yotsuya, Ichigaya, Kojimachi, and Akebonobashi.

I bought cheesecake, pistachio cake Mont Blanc, and cake, and they were all very delicious.
Every time I go shopping, there are a wide variety of cakes.
There are also many types of baked goods and bread.
There was enough variety even in the evening.

I also made a whole cake for my husband's birthday at Patisserie Shima.
I had forgotten to make a reservation and purchased it on the same day, but I was glad I could choose from 5 different types of whole cakes, including short cake and chocolate cake.
I chose Paris Brest, but it cost just under 4,000 yen.
Sometimes cake shops don't write message plates, but the pastry chef wrote message plates four times.
Highly recommended for everyday use and special occasions.
