I enjoyed delicious dishes such as the summer specialty peach soup in a calm and relaxing atmosphere.

Relocated and open in August!
It's a restaurant I've wanted to visit since I was in Kobe,
I’m so happy to see you ☺️✨

[Patous] @Azabudai

I keep saying that the last restaurant I want to go to in my life is ``Côte d'Or.''

Chef Yoshiteru Yamaguchi trained at the Sapporo Côte d'Or and the Tokyo Côte d'Or.
The store has been open in Kobe for 20 years and is loved by locals ☺️

I'm happy to start the course with this menu! ♡

・Red pepper mousse, tomato jelly

This is a dish that Chef Saisu continues to carefully create at Cote d'Or.
The effect of the jelly gives it a nice tomato scent and a refreshing feeling🥰Refreshing~✨

・Akashi octopus, conger eel, sweet shrimp, scallops, sword tip squid salad, scented with cumin, mint, and coriander

The seafood is soft and delicious.
The smell of smoked conger eel from time to time is also wonderful.

People who react to the exquisite texture of carrots lol
I love the seasonal vegetable echuvée.

・Manakatsuo Poiret

Fish ☺️ The way it is grilled is really good ♡
I really like it!

・Roast Ezo deer
3 month old fawn.
With gratitude and gratitude.
The texture is silky and the taste is pure.
Oh, it's exquisite.

All the dishes were delicious.
Very kind.

Chef, madam.
Including the warm atmosphere of the store,
It's a cozy and relaxing restaurant where you can eat French food.

I want to visit you again!
Also, I definitely have to try the ``Peach and Celery Soup'' that I missed this year.

Enjoy the skills of the chefs in the open kitchen with your eyes, ears, and nose.
I tasted the spring season in my mouth.
Nodoguro Poire Spring Cabbage Braised
Lamb couscous, seasonal vegetables (snap peas)
It was delicious
