Best Italian restaurant in Tokyo. Chef Hayato does a superb food and an amazing wine pairing. There are just 6 places in the restaurant, it feels like a private dinner.

This is Chef Takahashi's one-opera restaurant where you can enjoy leisurely for 4 hours. Also, he is very kind.
The first part of the dishes had a clean taste overall, and the highlight of each dish was the tomatoes and fruits.
Part 2 Ham is the main dish! This ham, which is cut by hand using a manual machine and eaten with your hands, is very tasty.
