This place is just not my cup of tea for Italian food and missed the boat on most dishes. The paperdelle was fantastic and was the last dish. The bread here is probably the best part as it's incredible. The other dishes I could have passed on all. I went for the pasta lunch course. They tried to do too much I think but in the end lacked flavor. But get the paperdelle to go or just order some bread and save your money for elsewhere. Songbook is cheaper and enjoy the vibes much more as a bit less pretentious feeling. I think since it's supposed to be fine dining they barely seat anyone but the quality is not that and it makes the vibe feel awkward.

It takes only 30 seconds from the nearest station. All dishes tasted good, not only pasta but also the others.

Thank you so much for the great service! Picked this place to celebrate my bf’s birthday and it proved to be a great choice. I left a note in the reservation that it would be nice if there’s Roman cuisine and they did a great job of incorporating it into the course.
I love the herb tea in the end. It smells peaceful.

This restaurant was excellent! It is very close to Sangenjaya station and the decor is very cozy. The music was relaxed and cozy and really sets a good mood for delicious culinary experience. I’ve been to Italy last year and I must say the menu here is very unique. We had the 6800¥ course with octopus soup, salmon sashimi with horseradish that tasted like coconut, a warm pumpkin purée with lemoned lard, 2 pastas that were quite light - Hokkaido Uni pasta (the best!) and cacao pasta with truffle (never had in my life!), and the Italian pork was cooked perfectly with a black bean sauce (unique taste) and to finish with a beautiful chocolate cake and vanilla gelato dessert. We had 2 glasses of red wine that tasted like chocolate and a spritz with 2 shots of lemoncello (good for digestion). Our server Miro Terumoto san was great! He was very knowledgeable about each dish and explained everything to us in detail. Very educational and one of the best culinary experiences I’ve ever had. This course took about 2.5 hours total and costed around 24,000 JPY but totally worth it! Highly recommend and would go again on special occasions! Thank you Pepe Rosso for an excellent experience. :)

I tried to go here one Saturday night. They asked if I had a reservation. I did not. They denied me entry. I asked if the restaurant is reservation only. They said no. Just today. I understand that. Saturday night is busy and they need to buy ingredients for the course menu.

So I went again on a Wednesday for lunch right at the open at noon. They asked me if I had a reservation. I thought I didn't need it on a weekday lunch. The guy says please wait. He goes into the restaurant to talk to the chef. He comes back and says they can accommodate me in 45 minutes. He says they give priority to their reservation customers. So my friend and I went to a cafe and killed 45 minutes. And then we went back and got in.

Inside they had three couples seated and eating. They were about 20% full. So not busy. I wondered why they made us wait 45 minutes maybe they want to punish people who do not reserve first?

The food was carefully prepared. It is fine Italian. But it was not an amazing taste. And the hostile attitude to me (with no reservation) was disappointing. I will never go here again. There are many better fine Italian places with kind owners.
