Creative Chinese with an emphasis on spices, especially pepper sourced from Sri Lanka. Bleck pepper kneaded noodle adds character to the Hot and Sour Soup Noodles.
Sells fresh salted pepper in a small jar suitable for a small gift. Highly recommended.

I used it for a dinner party. While looking for Chinese food, I was drawn to the wording that they were particular about pepper, so I made a reservation. Although it was a weekday, it would be a good idea to make a reservation as the place was full. The famous pepper buns were delicious, but Chinese dishes like mapo tofu were also delicious (lol)

    The ultimate pepper noodles! !
This is a store that I visit many times on a regular basis.
At lunch time, there is always a line even on rainy days.

I was shocked when I first came to the store, and I wanted to come back after eating noodles at a Chinese restaurant for the first time in a while.

    Entered the store around 1:30.
Although the clerk was a man, he served me very politely.

I ordered seafood noodles and sanma noodles, both of which have pepper mixed into the noodles. Both were served fairly quickly.

    Fresh pepper and pink pepper.
Pepper is also kneaded into the noodles.
As I eat it, the pepper kicks in and I start sweating. It had a big impact from the first bite, but the soup filling was thick and it was a satisfying dish that you could enjoy piping hot until the end!

Many people order the mapo fried rice, and the numbing spiciness of the mapo tofu and the crumbly fried rice combine to make it a delicious dish! !
