I headed there excited to see what kind of food would be served 🍜🌟
I don't have many opportunities to eat international cuisine, so the dishes with the aroma of spices felt fresh to me✹I thought that the real pleasure of counter cooking was that they carefully talked about the ingredients.
There was a wide selection of drinks, and in addition to alcoholic pairings, there were also non-alcoholic pairings.
Specialty [PESTOGENOVESE] It was delicious~💚You can see the delicious cooking. Other dishes at [Totonoeru] had wonderful soup stock. [Sustainable Wagyu Beef] The aroma and texture of the wood-fired outside and the pink meat inside were very delicious🥩
Counter restaurants are definitely fun! We had a fun time eating while listening to the explanations of the dishes 🌃 Thank you for the delicious time 😊

This is an international restaurant that caught my attention after I talked to them.
By chance, there was a cancellation and I was able to come early.
I think the one from Kamejima Station is closer to Nagoya Station.
There is also coin parking.

Counter style with only 8 seats.
The smell of firewood is very strong.

I got the impression that most of the food was Peruvian.
The purple olive oil gave it a unique color, and although it used spices, it was flavored in a way that didn't overwhelm it, giving it an enjoyable finish.

One brioche for each person.
It's freshly baked and fluffy.
It was even more delicious when combined with the specialty Genovese sauce than on its own.

For drinks, I was surprised at how delicious the soft drink chicha morada was. It looks like purple corn.

Since it's a one-off surgery, I definitely want to see it for at least three hours.
I was able to use my credit card.

We had a wonderful time eating while watching the wood fire in a calm restaurant and forgetting about everyday life!

The cuisine ranges from South American cuisine to Italian cuisine to wood-fired cuisine, and you can enjoy freshly baked brioche.

I wasn't familiar with South American cuisine, but it was very delicious, and the specialty pesto genovese was the chef's special dish!

The wood-fired meat was very fragrant and I was very satisfied.

There were many dishes that you can't get at other restaurants, and the course composition was both delicious and fun.

Thank you for the meal!
