Very enjoyable Sicilian lunch fish dish in an unsuspecting restaurant on the 4th floor of a building somewhat hidden in plain sight. What really made the lunch for me was the fried rice ball with a cheesy but buttery taste. The man behind the bar was quite passionate and attentive and despite being next to the highway, you can’t hear anything from the outside.
Things to note before the visit: there’s a mandatory 1 drink policy, the elevator for the down button when we went was broken so we waited around for a long time to ride the elevator (you could take the stairs too), and it’s cash only. Otherwise, really great deal for a quality lunch!

Sicilian restaurant near Mishuku intersection
The fish dishes are excellent
I was also impressed by the many different ways to eat fish.
Raw oysters you must order
Wow, it's creamy, rich, and big.
4 types of carpaccio
Each dish has different seasonings, such as salt and olive oil, so you can enjoy each flavor individually.
At Japanese restaurants, sashimi is always served with soy sauce, so it's nice to be able to enjoy a variety of flavors.
The appetizer platter has plenty of vegetables, and the ratatouille can be eaten in any dish!
The pasta is pescatore, with lots of ingredients and plenty of soup stock, and the deliciousness of the fish and shellfish is irresistible!

The food is delicious and the customer service is good. They also run a market and cook the freshly caught fish, and the detailed explanations of the dishes make it even more delicious. The owner/manager provides the food and wine that he is particular about, and the price is reasonable.
You can enjoy your meal in a relaxed atmosphere.
