Popular pho restaurant. Most of the customers come here alone, so if there is a waiting line, you don't wait that long. The Pho has a soft glutinous texture and you can put ingredients to enjoy the change of taste.

One of my favorite pho shops in Tokyo! Very good Hanoi style pho thats consistently delicious. They only make one dish, but seem to have perfected it. You can order extra meat, onion, or coriander if you so desire. The shop is very popular and seating is limited, so if you go during peak hours, be prepared to wait in line a bit. The line is often up the stairs and out the door, but usually moves fast. Highly recommended for authentic pho lovers visiting the Ikebukuro area of Tokyo.

A simple and typical Northern Vietnam Pho restaurant. The service was decent and timely, which is always a plus. Unfortunately the wait on Saturday afternoon was about 30 minutes. While the restaurant is not Vietnamese-owned, it is operated by Vietnamese people which might add an authentic touch to the experience.
Overall, I would give this restaurant a four-star rating. Although it might not be the most tasty Pho restaurant in Japan, the food and service are decent enough to satisfy your cravings for a good bowl of Northern Vietnam Pho.
