It was a horrific experience. I ordered an ice cream only to see the staff wiping off the melted ice cream and covering it with tissue before handing it over to me a good 10-15 mins later. When i rejected it, their staff finally tell me there’s something wrong with their ice cream machine and offer a refund which i accepted. However, she took the change they gave me. Miscalculate the amount and couldn’t verify the refund amount. Even after calling for the manager, they let me stand there waiting for another 20-25 mins for a refund. In total i was standing there with no ice cream no refunds for a good solid 40 mins before they finally “verified” whatever they need to and refund me back what i paid for. I do not recommend this place at all. TERRIBLE SERVICE just by the action of trying to pass off their dessert when obviously it was not of any basic acceptable standard.

Heaven for chocolate lovers and my personal favorite parfait in Tokyo. I personally recommend the perennial menu parfaits (chocolate, caramel) over the seasonal offerings, but everything I’ve had here is delicious. The custom blended tea is also wonderful.
Be prepared for up to 1 hour on the weekend and a steep staircase walk up to the cafe. If you don’t feel like waiting, you can also take out soft serve/cup ice cream, pastries, and drinks at the retail counter.
Prices are reasonable for this quality in the Ginza area.

Tried the seasonal strawberry themed menu including the parfait, waffle and tart. They were pretty good, most memorable dessert was the chocolate strawberry tart. Lucky to get a seat without waiting as there was a line after I finished eating.

Tokyo has an array of renowned dessert shops from France and Belgium, so visiting the dessert shops in Tokyo will be an excellent experience. I highly recommend tasting parfaits, which the Japanese like, in the middle of summer. Both the chocolate and caramel parfaits were very delicious. Cocoa cola was a good combination. It was a gratifying experience, except for the high price and long waiting.

Chocolate specialty shop from Belgium in the center of Ginza area. You can purchase premium chocolate or sit down and have some chocolate drinks or Parfait. Their seasonal parfait is delicious!
