This is a sweets shop located inside a souvenir shop on the first floor of Kanazawa Station.
This is a sweets shop run by Respiracion, a very famous Spanish restaurant in Kanazawa.

The delicious Basque cheesecake served at Respiracion became a hot topic for a while because it could be purchased individually or ordered. It's cheap considering the taste.
Now there are several flavors available.

I stopped by on my way back from a trip to Kanazawa thinking I was going to buy some sweets.

I've had cheesecake before, so I was wondering if there was anything else out there, and I discovered that they also sell cookies called polvoron.

It seems that your wish will come true if you can chant Polvoron on the third floor before it crumbles in your mouth. What a spiritual dish.

Polvoron is more of a guinea-like cookie than crispy.
I could really hear the cinnamon, and I personally liked the flavor.
After I finished eating, I realized that I had forgotten to chant Polvoron... I could say that with absolute ease.

The score includes the cheesecake.

Among all cheesecakes, I like Basque cheesecake the most, and I think this one is the best so far.
The photo doesn't look right, but it's really delicious.
