Pizza , rissoto and pasta was not that great.
Pizza was missing flavor and rissoto was really dry. They took the plates after we finished the pasta and never received others to eat the pizza.

This was a real gem of a find. Just as we were about to give up on finding a place to eat near our hotel (Blossom Hotel Hibiya) we came across Okei. Excellent pizza, great crust and a big range. They had a wood fire pizza oven too! We had Tiramisu for dessert which was also fantastic. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Great atmosphere- good food and good fun!!

I would prefer Terzo to over 99% of Italian restaurants I’ve had all sorts of European nations. It’s a truly amazing and wonderful piece of Italy on the other side of the globe. Maybe the complimentary chili oil could be a tad higher grade olive oil, but the dishes were all spot on and perfect. It’s so good that I visited twice within the first 4 days of my Tokyo stay.
