We visited Napule after a delightful tour of the lively Tokyo Midtown area. The complex features a massive multi-floor mall, a separate shopping plaza, and a basement level that connects them, filled with charming cafes, small restaurants, kiosks, and wonderful bakeries.
Napule is located on the first floor, offering a picturesque winter view of the garden illuminated with seasonal lights. The outdoor seating area is a highlight, especially if you’re lucky enough to catch suitable weather. The restaurant provides heaters for outdoor dining, but the breeze can be a bit bothersome at times.
Reservations are highly recommended as the restaurant is usually busy. The atmosphere is elegant and welcoming, with exceptionally fast service. The staff were cheerful and attentive, making our dining experience enjoyable.
The menu is authentically Italian, featuring a variety of vegetarian dishes that are also suitable for Muslims (halal options).
We ordered the Burrata Salad, which was served with cherry tomatoes, olive oil, and a unique addition of lemon paste. This twist was something I hadn’t encountered in other Italian restaurants before—unusual but delightful.
We also tried the Mozzarella Pizza with Provolone Cheese. The crust was perfectly crispy, with the rich flavor of the wood-fired oven coming through beautifully—absolutely delicious.
Additionally, we ordered the Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce, which I didn’t personally taste, but the others in my group loved it and praised its balance and flavorful taste.
Overall, Napule is an excellent choice for a family meal, with a great location, delicious food, and a warm atmosphere. It was a wonderful dining experience, and I’d highly recommend it for anyone visiting Tokyo Midtown.

A nice and bright Italian restaurant in the Tokyo midtown. Amazingly 98% of clients are women. We mainly had pizzas which was okay. Calamari was fried perfectly.
The restaurant has a large outside seating, I’d imagine it will be spectacular to have a seat outside during the cherry blossom season. They are busy and a reservation is a must.

Update 2023:
Not the same as a few years ago. The quality of service got a bit worse (e.g. coffee given without sugar nor spoon, needed to ask for the wine menu, pasta overcooked, need to pay for each small slice of bread while it was free before, despite there are many waiters they anyway don't see you when you call them).
When you go to an Italian restaurant there are some expected standards that were matched before (at least until there were some Italians working there). Now the service is 100% Japanese standard, which doesn't match Italians (pay 100 yen for each slice of bread is ridiculous in a restaurant where you spend at least 6000-7000 yen/person. Also, before they were used to give a free liquor after the meal - like limoncello - but now there is nothing at all).
The price has increased sensibly since my last review.
Still, food is good, but it is not worth anymore. I don't think I will go back anytime soon.

Very good dinner experience on the terrace of Napule. We went there, ordered a la carte everything to share to be able to taste different things and the portions were perfect. Mozzarella Buffala, a Salad, Pizza 🍕 with mortadella and Bolonaise with no dessert this time! 23 degrees so perfect temperature to enjoy the nice terrace with a view on the cherry blossoms midtown allée. The staff were nice but a little slow on the service. The place was full in the terrace but pretty empty inside…. Definitely recommend you to reserve in advance and on the terrace ! The course menu is between 4-6000¥.
Nice pizza crust baked in a proper pizza oven.

The service and atmosphere were good and sitting outside was nice.
We had the pizza and it was like one step up from a frozen pizza. Neopolitan style with far too much flop, average crust taste. Bad sauce and toppings were bland.
The pasta was terrible. The sauce was far too sweet and felt like it was from a can and the noodles were so mid. It honestly tasted like a can of alphagetti or spaghetti-o's.
Their in-house sausage was good! Quite good. The only saving grace of the meal.
We also had a table charge even though we got drinks and there was no appetizer or drink that came with it.
