Food was absolutely delicious! I had lunch here today. You get 2 lunch set options; one costs less than ¥1,000 the other one costs a little more. The only difference between the two is that the cheaper one offers salad as an appetizer and the other one is sashimi. Restaurant is small and can get busy during lunch time, you'd have to wait in line for a little bit. The lady server was so welcoming and she was very attentive to everyone. Worth the wait!

Food, service, price… everything was perfect!
It’s understandable that this restaurant is so popular and loved.
You may need to wait for more than an hour, if you couldn’t make it at 11:30 for the first round.

Too good for the prices. For fish lovers. You would have to wait for long hours, though

This is a casual French (fish) restaurant that you can eat with chopsticks. Reservations are not possible for lunch, so you have to line up before the restaurant opens, and since there are many single customers, the first three or so will be seated together. Be careful if you don't like sharing seats. It seems like the kitchen is run by just one person, so you have to be patient when you're hungry because the intervals are long. The staff at the store were very nice, and most of the customers seemed to be regulars. Even though it's French, there were a few customers wearing sandals. Someone asked for an extra salad for lunch, and if I could order an extra salad, I would have ordered one too. Women were given less rice from the beginning, but I thought it would be wrong to assume that because they are women, they should eat less rice. In fact, the wait was so long that I wanted to eat another bite or two.

*Information as of March 2024.
・About the location
It's located semi-basement down the slope of a hotel called Urban Hotel Twins Chofu. It's a little hard to understand because you can't see it from the outside.
・About dinner
Reservations are required for dinner. Perhaps because there are many regulars, it fills up quickly, so it's best to make a reservation as early as possible.
・About lunch
It will be roughly divided into two parts: the first part starts at 11:30 and the second part starts at 1:00 p.m. The start time of the second part will vary depending on the situation in the first part. Reservations are not possible. Instead, for the first part, chairs will be placed outside the store from around 9am, so you can reserve a seat by placing your personal belongings on the chairs. In the case of the 2nd section, seats can be reserved in the same way after the 1st section customers enter at 11:30. Since the first section is highly competitive, I think the easiest way to enter the store is to visit the store once around 11:30, reserve a seat for the second section, and then come back around 1:00 p.m.
・About the number of seats
There are 15 seats in total, including 3 table seats for 4 people and 3 counter seats. Two people or one person will basically be seated together. In the case of 3 customers, you will be assigned one table, and you will not be sharing a table with another person. Therefore, approximately 12-15 people can enter the store per section. If you are in the 12th or later seats in the table above, you may want to ask the restaurant if you can get in.
・About the food
The menu is omakase only. Lunch consists of salad or appetizer + soup + main dish. Appetizers cost ¥1400 and salads cost ¥1100. After your meal, you can choose coffee or tea. Apparently alcohol can be ordered for an additional fee. Service is basically based on seating order, so if you are in a hurry, it is better to consult with the restaurant. Dinner consists of 5 dishes, 1 dish of pasta, and dessert for ¥4800. The prices for both lunch and dinner are exceptional considering the ingredients and quality used in the dishes. I don't think it's a charity project. The photos are excerpts from the dishes we received at previous dinners (July, September, December, and February).
