A counter Chinese restaurant where you can watch Tommy's cooking up close.
The hot spring water is the core of each menu, and has a gentle taste that expresses the personality of the restaurant.
You can drink as much alcohol as you want with the outstanding XO sauce, and they keep bringing you refills of crispy chicken.
You'll get quite hungry, so go on an empty stomach.

It's been a long time since I had an impressive Chinese meal.
The upper bath is just amazing, amazing💖. It is golden in color. There was sand in the ingredients, huh? I thought so, but as I ate it, I got used to it. It would have been even more amazing if the raw abalone had been dried abalone. I'm sure the price will be great, too.
The crispy chicken, the shrimp 🦞, the egg tart, and the fried rice all had one word: ``It was amazing and delicious.''
Thank you, Tommy 🙇♀️

Tommy, who was originally from Fukurimmon and recently worked at South Lab, is the chef.
Basic course 16,500 yen, shark fin/bird's nest included 27,500 yen, dried abalone stewed course 38,500 yen.
I have a strong impression of seafood purchases at the fortune of the management.
After eating Tokyo X pork char siu and the famous crispy chicken, fried rice and noodles are served at the end, and two desserts are also served, so you will be full.
On this day, there was also seasonal matsutake mushroom spring rolls.
I think that the cost performance is good if it is a basic course.
Reservations are only available at 6:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
