Pretty Pork Factory Description
One of the standout menu items at Pretty Pork Factory is their '5000YEN250g MINI COURSE,' which features their signature Japanese-style samgyeopsal. This dish is made by steaming and grilling the rare branded pork using traditional Nanbu ironware. It is served with a variety of condiments such as salted Japanese pepper, spicy garlic salt, salted pepper, homemade sweet and savory miso, pickled okra and garlic sprouts, wasabi radish, soy sauce-marinated perilla leaves, purple cabbage, and Aomori garlic. The combination of these flavors creates a refreshing and indulgent taste that allows you to fully enjoy the rich and tender pork.
In addition to their samgyeopsal, Pretty Pork Factory also offers other courses and dishes that showcase the exquisite flavors of branded pork. The restaurant's commitment to using only the highest quality ingredients sets it apart from other dining establishments. Whether you're dining with family, friends, or on a date, Pretty Pork Factory is the perfect place to indulge in the unique and delicious flavors of Japanese-style samgyeopsal.
