The food menu is a bit poor, plus almost nothing was hot, it was a kind of warm, it looks like it was precooked and kept warm for a while.
The drink menu (all you can drink) is also poor, I think they add water in to the wine, the flavor was very light, plus you have not many choices.
I give it 3 stars for food and drinks, they can definitely do it better, but for service and atmosphere definitely 5 stars!!!

Immediately after exiting Ueno Hirokoji Station. It's easy to access as you can walk from Ueno and Okachimachi.
The stylish interior is filled with the aroma of smoked meat, which will enliven your upcoming meal. First, let's toast with bitter stout. Stout from Tokyo Sumida River Brewing. It has a strong, rich flavor and a pleasant bitterness.
The appetizer is smoked oysters. The smell of oysters is completely eliminated by the cherry wood smoke, leaving only the flavor. The texture is very mellow and delicious.
I ordered a 5-piece smoked platter. 5 items: roast ham, salmon, mackerel, octopus, and soft-boiled egg.
Roast ham has a very smooth texture. As expected, meat and smoked aroma go well together. Also, the fat feels firm and delicious.
The salmon is usually eaten as smoked salmon, but you can tell that it is thoroughly smoked at the restaurant.
The smoked mackerel had the most surprising flavor. The freshness disappears and the dish is packed with cooked flavor. If you say smoky mackerel can, you might get an idea of the atmosphere.
The octopus tastes like octopus sashimi, with a smoked aftertaste.
The smoked soft-boiled egg has a creamy inside, and the white outside has a strong smoked aroma that mixes in your mouth.
I ordered the store's special smoked whiskey to go with the smoked drink. The brand name is Kaku, but they also served regular Kaku for service.
I quite like whisky, and at home I drink Islay malt, which has a strong smoky taste, but this horn has a level of smoke that comes close to those, and since it has a horn base, it has a sweet aftertaste, making it a very interesting whisky. was.

Personally, I like smoked mackerel, sausages like mandarini and perilla wurst, and I always enjoy them with craft beer depending on my mood that day.
It's a popular restaurant, so you might want to make a reservation even on weekdays.

The smoked platter consisted of three types: salmon, duck, and cheese. Everything was delicious.
This is my first time seeing smoked alcohol lol
I can't drink whiskey, so I chose plum wine.
It was rich and delicious.
I ate a lot of things...
Rum raisin butter is my favorite lol
