Favorite Italian restaurant in Kyoto.
Dinner is only one course.
Amuse, small appetizers, salads, risotto, fish, meat, palate cleansers, pasta, desserts, small sweets, cafe, homemade bread
With over 10 items, it's very filling.
First, we were shown the fresh, shiny vegetables that would be used in that day's dishes.
Among them, the Sanuki no Awakening Asparagus was about three times the size of regular asparagus, and although it was my first time eating it, it was juicy, soft, and delicious♪
Thinly cut and meltingly flavorful
Under the #Parma ham, there was gnocco fritto (fried bread served with prosciutto from Emilia Romana, Italy), and it had a nostalgic taste.
Among Italian menus, I like amuse-bouche, appetizer snacks, risotto and pasta, so in addition to the pasta (or risotto) that is served in the middle of the primo, the main dish is served, and then the pasta is served as a finishing touch. I was also happy with the menu structure.
The pasta to finish off the meal was a nice pasta dish with clams, the size of clams.
Everything from the juicy focaccia to the tiramisu was delicious and very satisfying.
From the beginning to the end, I kept saying how delicious it was.
If you go to Kyoto, this is a restaurant you'll definitely want to visit again in a different season.
