Ramen Feel Description
Ramen FeeL is a highly regarded ramen restaurant located in the rural area of Ome, Tokyo. It is known for its exquisite ramen dishes that are made with different stocks of chicken and duck, for its Shoyu and Shio ramen bowls.
The soup has a rich soy sauce flavor and a strong aroma. When mixed with the noodles, it tastes just right, and one can appreciate the unique characteristics of each noodle, making it delicious. The Menma, Japanese term for ‘seasoned, thinly sliced bamboo shoots’ found in ramen, is thick and flavorful.
The Chashu (Japanese braised pork belly) in the salt ramen has a substantial amount of fat, akin to pork belly, while in the soy sauce ramen, it contains less fat, resembling loin. This thinly sliced pork beautifully intertwines with the noodles.
Just like the noodles, the dipping sauce is also delicious. The toppings, particularly the grilled chicken with its crispy skin and salty taste, are highly recommended. The wontons are handmade to order and are continuously praised by customers.
The shop is closed on Wednesdays. To avoid any inconvenience, customers are advised to check their Twitter account for any updates on their operating hours.
Ramen FeeL is now giving out numbered tickets called FeeLFastpass from 7:00 AM to help customers spend less time waiting in line at their store. On the 2nd floor of the shop, there is a waiting area called Yaneura Feel. Customers can enjoy unlimited coffee and soft drinks while they wait there.

“Halfway through eating the noodles, they pour kombu dashi over them. Adding this thick dashi broth to the soup enhances the umami (savory) flavor and feels like you're enjoying a different type of ramen, which is also delicious.” - Overheard from customers
