Ramen Fukuzo Reviews

Ramen Fukuzo Google Average Rating

I drove by Fukuzo twice looking for the restaurant and it turns out it is a tiny shop tucked behind a dry cleaner. I ordered their Fukuzo Ramen for 700¥, egg for 100¥, and extra noodle portion for 100¥, all a great value.

The taste of the medium-thickness tonkotsu and shoyu broth was surprisingly satisfying and flavorful. The noodles were almost as lovely, the egg soft. The chashu was quite nice, too, thick and soft, but cold on the ramen. This is the corner ramen spot that should be way more famous; restaurants like Tenka Ippin wishes they could make soup this good!

Maybe it is all the dry cleaner chemicals that made the ramen so tasty...

We truly enjoy our experience. Depending on the soup base the thickness of the noodles are different. Delicious ramen with good tooth

Best ramen I’ve ever tried. I think I’m gonna be a regular customer for a long time ^_^
