My Japanese friend took me here for Tsukemen. It was delicious, and the staff were very friendly.

good.
It's so good that no questions asked.
Each topping is carefully made, and there are two types of chashu.
I feel the owner's commitment.
The noodles are chewy and filling, and the soup has the creaminess of the pork bones and the flavor of the fishmeal.

●This is a wasteful point. lol
There is a particular focus on hiyamori, and the hiyamori noodles are definitely alive.
It's just that the soup gets cold.
I understand that it is recommended because there are a certain number of people who don't want to eat such delicious soup cold, but I think it would be better to be flexible and allow them to serve it hot.
Honestly, we live in an era where it's commonplace for noodles to be delicious.
That's where Hiyamori is so good.
Even if you say that, it doesn't make sense, and even if it's served hot, it's still delicious.
For better or for worse, I feel like he's very picky and it's difficult to be flexible.

Also, why is there no white rice?
Go with that soup that makes you want to eat white rice.
Since there is extra soup, I want to add more soup, order white rice, and eat it with rice! lol
With more soup and white rice, the average customer spend will increase even more!

I can't stand not having white rice. lol

It was more than delicious!
There is plenty of parking nearby.

Visited on Saturday, February 5 minutes before opening. The second. The nearby coin parking lot was full, so I parked a little further away for 200 yen for 60 minutes.
I ordered tsukemen and medium size.
The soup has a rich seafood flavor and is delicious. There are two types of char siew that are delicious: soft and chewy with a strong flavor! There are no toppings in the soup, so I thought it would be nice to have some chunky chashu in it. The chewy straight noodles are also filling and filling. Thank you for the meal!

Today's lunch!! ️
After finishing my business, I went out with Cross Cub.
It was nice weather☀️💕
Good day for a nap...✨

Today it’s a 5-6 minute walk from Kawagoe City Station❓
This is Noodle Shop Hanabusa 😍✨
This is a Tsukemen specialty store! ️
A shop I’ve been interested in for a while 💕
However, it seems like there is no parking lot or bicycle parking lot...I'm sorry but in front of the store🛵...

The time was quick and there was only one customer ahead of us 🔥
After looking around the store, I added the basic tsukemen for 950 yen plus the spicy shrimp flavor for 120 yen⁉️
Please note that you must pay in advance! ️

The noodles are super thick and take a long time to boil, so it might be difficult for people who don't have time...
About a 10 minute wait...

Here it is⁉️This 😍✨
Looks delicious💕
The ingredients are seaweed, menma, naruto, and roasted char siu, which is normal❓ char siu! ️
And the dipping sauce... it's really thick and has a nice smell 😍

The thickness of the noodles in front of the udon!! ️
And the rich chicken, pork, and seafood soup entangles, entangles ~ ❤️
It’s delicious🔥🔥🔥💪
It's been a long time since I've had tsukemen with a strong flavor, and the soup is delicious without being too boring😍
The shrimp spiciness is spicier than I expected...it's better to add it little by little 💦 lol

It was an average portion, but it was just the right amount, and by the time I got the frog🐸, the place was full⁉️
And everyone has a big call!! ️
I'm pretty full✨

Thank you for the meal today!! ️
Thank you for the delicious meal😍💕
Now you have to try the rich shrimp tsukemen available only on Saturdays and Sundays ❤️

This is my second visit after about a year. Both times I visited during lunch time on weekdays, I was able to eat without lining up. When I visited around 11:30 today, it seemed like I was the first customer, so I was the only one there until I finished eating. It's a popular store, so expect it to be crowded on holidays. I always make detours to visit you on business trips.
Among the tsukemen I've eaten, this one ranks first and second. I don't think there is anything better than the thick, chewy noodles and rich seafood soup.
If I have the opportunity to travel to Kawagoe again, I would definitely like to visit you again.
