Famous Ramen Jiro chain!
If you come here, come extremely hungry as the portions are bigger than your head! The noodles are thick and the broth is very fatty. The cooks and locals take their ramen seriously here. Very few people are talking or doing anything other than slurping their noodles.
There are very few seats inside, about 10 and the queue gets long in the evening. I came here with my boyfriend and we were the only foreigners in the whole restaurant.
You have to pay at the machine (select the smaller size as you most likely won't be able to finish it) then hand your ticket to he cook. Once finished, you should clean your area and hand your plates back to the cook. Although it was an experience to have, I don't think I will be coming again. The noodles were too heavy for me and I felt rushed while eating.

Tomato and basil Genovese soup without
1100 yen
Additional pork (1 piece) 200 yen
I came to the store without knowing it was open for our 7th anniversary.
6 out of 15 people lined up outside lunchtime on weekdays.
Purchase meal tickets when entering the store.
No parking lot
Nearest P available: 20 minutes 200 yen
(It was 600 yen...)
With astragalus
No tissue
No toothpicks?
The default ramen button says "Sold out", so I checked with the staff and was told that the ramen is only available without soup.
No soup for now.
Gray green onions, onions, grated cheese, tomato paste...
I was called out because I thought it was too fashionable and didn't suit middle-aged people.
"In all"
However, there is no garlic in it. .
I thought it might be under Genovese, but it's not there. .
Very light
I feel like I'm eating something.
Not enough. .
I tried to learn how to order the noodles from soft to hard by default, but it was pointless.
The pork is a domestically produced pork that is chewy and has a strong flavor. There are posters of branded pork on the wall above the counter.
Even with an additional layer of pig, 2.5 cm thick has the same destructive power as 4.5 layers.
I'm looking forward to the regular ramen next time.
I hope this is helpful 🙇

There is no parking lot, but there is a coin parking nearby. There is a bicycle parking lot, and you can park your bicycle behind the store. Bikes can also be stopped.
I arrived a little after 12:00 on a Sunday, and although the seats were occupied, there was no line.
The store was quite beautiful.
What I received was a small ramen with raw egg and pickled ginger topping, and the call was garlic aburaare (cheek jellyfish).
The ramen bowl was very nicely arranged, with two slices of chashu and a good amount of pickled ginger.
I think the soup is quite emulsified. It's a sweet soup, so if you're used to it, it might be better to adjust it with Karame or Kaeshi on the table. It was just the right amount of spiciness for me. It was sweet, so it might have been better without the raw egg.
The noodles are soft, firm compared to Senju Ohashi, but I think they are softer to the general public.
There were two pieces of pork, one with a firm meat flavor and a chewy one, and the other with a soft and creamy sweetness. It's quite delicious.
I feel like the pickled ginger goes perfectly with the sweet soup.I wanted to enjoy the unique texture of the wood ear mushrooms, but when I mixed them with the noodles and vegetables, I couldn't feel the unique texture of the wood ear mushrooms...Next time I come, I won't mix it. I thought I had to think of a countermeasure.
I think the amount of noodles is neither too much nor too little. It felt like 200 to 250. Usually when I go to Jiro restaurants, I only get a small amount, but this store had just the right amount.
I'm pretty happy to have Emulsified Jiro after a long time. It was very delicious, thank you for the meal!
