very quiet place. you can focus on the dish. the soup might taste too salty for beginners. but once you get used to it, it tastes super rich and awesome!! also beware of the volume of ramen. i recommend not to order a large size in jiro if you are trying it for the first time.

I recommend people this ramen EXEPT below,

+ who wants to spend time relaxed
+ who wants various menus
+ who eats less
+ who don't like its unique methods or manners below...

The door front of the shop is EXIT! You should go through corridor beside the building to get to the entrance.
Then get your token for ramen. There are few choice, Half, Big, Superbig or Twice big for pro(I don't know what kind of pro) . I have to notice that every size are 1.5~2 times bigger than other ramen. (If you can understand Japanese word ひかえめor半分, do not take these words literally!)
While waiting, ramen master asks you to show your color of tokens, then they start boiling your size of noodles.
If waiting line get larger, he might ask you "how many waiting behind you?".
Before you get seated, don't forget to bring a glass of water and spoon for youself (if you need).
When serving your bowl of ramen, master will ask "Want garlick?", then tell him you want or not. You can order extra Lard(あぶらabura), Veges(やさいyasai) or Source(たれtare) . You can order only this moment.
Finally you can reach your bite!

These ways above are all for smooth operation and customers' experiences. Give and Take relationships between everyone in this space are established. That's why many Jiro Ramen Enthusiast called "Jirolian" feel comfortable of this space and loves it.

Don't you think its a very unique experience which can't find except here?

If you are a hardcore tonkotsu ramen lover, you should definitely visit this place. Just say "Ninniku and Abura mashi mashi" when the clerk asks you about the topping.
