small ramen shop. the ramen was great and friendly owner!

A very simple ramen shop, but the taste is surprisingly delicious! But it’s really authentic Japanese ramen ~ very flavorful! I ordered the soy sauce ramen, which I personally thought was delicious. I also ordered a Tang Yang chicken, which was surprising. It looked like a smaller version of Taiwan’s fragrant chicken steak, which was a big piece. The point is that the price is very affordable~

It's been a while since I went there when I was younger, but I went there right after it opened on Sunday.
It seems that you can park along the fence in front of the left end and right end of the parking lot next to the post office across the street.
There were no customers in the store, so I think I was the first one there.
A friendly staff member greeted us and we sat down at a table.

I usually eat miso ramen or salt butter ramen, but this time I ordered soy sauce char siu with the fried rice set.
The food came without a long wait.
The spicy soy sauce soup with black pepper and straight noodles went well with the soup, and the 5 slices of chashu pork were delicious.
Personally, I preferred salt butter ramen or miso ramen, so I think I'll go back to that next time.

Translated from Japanese:

Work lunch. To Jugemu, who I went to before. The mini soy sauce ramen and the small rice soy sauce ramen had a strong flavor that went well with the white rice.Even if it's just the soy sauce ramen, you can clearly see that it's different at each restaurant.Next time I'll try the miso, I'll come again...

Translated from Japanese:

I ordered the Ramen Jugemu Tenshinhan set in Uzumasa, Ukyo Ward. It's a soy sauce ramen set, but the soup is made with pork bone soy sauce, and the soup has a rich flavor that combines the flavor of the pork bone stock and fat...

Translated from Japanese:

Famous ramen shops are good, but sometimes I want to eat ramen from this shop. The taste is neither rich nor light, and is just plain delicious. If ramen is not enough, try fried rice, gyoza, karaage...
