Arrived at 10:50 on weekdays. When I was in the parking lot, a staff member said to me, ``Please come in.'' 3 customers in the store. (Appears to be open early) When you enter the store, go to the ticket vending machine on the right and buy the restaurant's recommended tanrei shio soba for 870 yen + chashu rice bowl for 240 yen.
I was guided to an empty counter and handed over my ticket.
Oolong tea is also served along with cold drinks.

The rice bowl is ready in about 5 minutes. Toppings too
It is beautifully decorated, and the soup is delicious...you can feel the flavor and richness of the chicken. Medium-thin straight noodles have a low water content and are firm even when boiled. The flavor of the grated yuzu was good, and the chicken breast char was delicious!
(Personally, I prefer pork char) What's more, you get one flavored egg for free! I'm satisfied with this level by default.
The char siu bowl has two small pieces of char siu and less rice. Considering the price, I guess it can't be helped.
There were many people ordering Tsukesoba (kelp water), so I will try that next time.

There are two parking lots, one in front of the store and one in front of the mother's house, so it looks like you can park there.
It was a feast.

Enter the store at 10:55 on holidays!
Apparently it was the biggest customer.
I ordered tanrei shio soba.
The rice bowl arrives in about 5 minutes.
As rumored, the visuals are beautiful!
I don't like the word "delicious".
When I took a sip of the soup, it leaked naturally.
“Delicious”! !
Yuzu is also an accent.
Full of deep flavor and flavor
I was very satisfied with the ramen.
There are various menus
I would like to go there for a while

Today's lunch!! ️
I went to Cain's in Kawashima to buy Nyan's toilet sand💪
Purchased 3 10 liter bags from Bike 😆
Loading two on my bike🛵 and one in my backpack, it's quite heavy...💦

The weather is nice ☀️ Driving from the Sakado area to Kawagoe...
Frog 🐸 on the way!! ️
Now that I think about it, I was curious about the ramen 🍜 shop, Katsuzen✨
In the past...I felt like it was a tonkatsu restaurant, but now it's a ramen restaurant😍
1:30 p.m. The car was full, but since it was a motorcycle 🛵, I parked it in front of the store and rode it 💕

The store is very crowded! ️
There are multiple parties, and I'm solo so I'm in right away ❤️
It was my first time, but I had the sea bream hot water ramen 🍜 that I had been interested in for a while ✨940 yen
Tsukemen seemed to be more popular...

It was surprisingly crowded, but the rice bowl arrived in 7-8 minutes 💕
Yes, it smells ❤️
A slightly sea-like oigny✨

First, some soup🔥💪
I feel something fragrant! ️And thick thick soup✨Chicken hot water base❓
This is delicious ❤️
Even if you add rice to it, it’s definitely delicious 😍💕

I think the ingredients are green onions, menma, mizuna, half a soft-boiled egg, and two pieces of chicken breast.
The crispness of the green onions and mizuna, the thick soup, and the noodles create a nice balance of texture and flavor ❤️❤️❤️
Ume...

I have to investigate this again...✨✨✨
Thank you for the meal today!! ️

I saw it on Matsuko's program and was intrigued by the salt ramen, so I decided to go here in Kawagoe with good reviews. It’s been about 6-7 years? This is a visit. I ate tonkatsu about 10 years ago. I was the fourth person to enter the store before it opened at 11:00 on Saturday. The sound of Western music BGM is huge.

Salt ramen (850 yen) with medium size (80 yen). It seems that the price has increased by 20 yen from 3/1, but it is still a reasonable price.

It was just after the store opened, but the owner made a mistake when ordering. The three of us don't work well together.

The soup is fatty and salty. Salty even with noodles. The noodles are thin, straight, and have a good texture.
The toppings are beautifully arranged and the taste is impressive. Flavored eggs and 1 piece of chicken char siu are free. The chicken chashu is not only soft and textured, but also has a strong seasoning and is delicious. The condiments are a combination of green onions and mizuna greens, chili peppers, and yuzu topping. The work is thorough and amazing!

They're selling kelp water on a limited basis. Let's come again♪

When I went to the store for the first time, I was surprised at how kind the owner was❗
I thought it was a popular shop, so I waited in the parking lot around 10:20 and they served me warm barley tea 😊
I ordered the salted char siu special, and the soup and char siu were very elegant and delicious❗❗
I thought it was a shop that could compete with many other famous ramen shops in the Kanto area (^o^)/
Also, even though it is a popular store, I was really impressed by how humble and kind the store is \(^o^)/
I thought that I wanted it to continue for a long time.
When I ate the back fat soy sauce, it was spicy and punchy, and it was delicious!
The miso ramen had a rather disappointing finish and was not delicious.
I ordered the konbu tsukemen and ate it, and it was quite delicious and came with various condiments, so I think it's a great value for money, so I recommend it!
I ate the niboshi hot water soba, and the astringent taste of the niboshi is quite strong, so I recommend it to people who like astringent taste, but I think people who don't like it will find it unpleasant!
