Using 3 kinds of fish to make their dashi, it is then mixed with shoyu to give it that clear, dark finish in the broth.

The chashu is very lightly seasoned, retaining its original porky flavour akin to having shabu pork.

The wantons are actually gyoza, a thin skin wrapped with chives and pork. A little deceiving in appearance, but they did write gyoza on the menu, so no qualms there.

As you make your way down the broth, you can sense a hint of citrus and zing coating your mouth by the citrus bits added into the ramen, totally changing up the flavour profile of the bowl of noodles.

This place is special. The noodles in fish broth were unlike anything we have tried before (we grew up eating ramen). If you wanna try something out of the ordinary, this relaxing, friendly ramen house is for you.

The best ramen I’ve had in Japan — and the tempura chicken with rice was unbelievable. The value is amazing and the service is quick!
