Seriously guys. Try this place before western “influencers” spoil it.

This place only has a japanese menu, its still affordable, and has one of the tastiest tsukumen Ive ever tried.

The noodles are amazingly chewy yet soft. It has a great mouth feel.

The tsukumen broth was light yet strong enough to coat the noodles with great umami flavour.

And the little slice of ham on top was melt in your mouth and smoked perfectly.

    I cannot recommend it enough.

Try it before they start having an english menu!

My god this is the best ramen I’ve had in my LIFE!
The rich broth, paired with perfectly chewy noodles, and all the meaty toppings bursting with flavor. It is heavenly, cannot recommend it enough.
If I could put 6 or 7 stars I would

This is a ramen shop that serves Niboshi(dried small sardines) soup.
You can choose between a light soup and a rich soup, and each soup has a salt flavor and a soy sauce flavor. The rich soup has a creamy texture and a very thick Niboshi flavor, but it has no unpleasant odor and goes well with the noodles.
The toppings are really delicious: tender pork that look like roast beef and chicken dumplings . I recommend eating the thinly sliced pork as it is or dipping it in the soup to heat it up a bit to change the texture. 🍖✨✨
The balance of noodles, soup, and ingredients is so good that you will probably end up eating the soup as well.😋
If you're hungry, you'll probably need more than one bowl, so it's a good idea to buy a spare noodle ticket when you buy your meal ticket.👍🎟

Excellent ramen place that serves Niiboshi ramen, Tori paitan (chicken broth) and Taiwanese ramen. We arrested all three and my favorite was actually the Taiwanese ramen which was spicy and full of flavor. The broth here is quite thick and flavors are strong which you can tell immediately by the smell of Niiboshi that welcomes you as you get close to the door. There are also great side dishes like their famous chashu rice with Nori and mayonnaise. Warmly recommended to ramen fans. The place is quite crowded usually but the wait is not too long. The service is great and the staff is really nice and welcoming. Thank you!
