    Food is excellent here.

As advertised, the self made noodles are tender and chewy.

I got the white miso ramen and it very tasty.
You can double the noodles by adding ¥200 and the volume was huge.

I ordered the pork meat on the side and it was so good and tasty. I think I can have it on its own and rice for a whole meal.

Would def go back and try other items on the menus.

    2024.11.26 (Tuesday) Lunch visit.
An old ramen shop in Akabane, founded in 1972. I had used it a few times before when it was on the opposite side of the station, but this was my first visit after it moved (although it's been quite a while).
It was a cold day, so I ordered the warming Carbo Ramen from the season menu. My impression is that it's more like a cream stew than a carbonara, but it's loaded with corn, bacon, and onions, and the thick soup is piping hot and delicious.
The stew-like soup was piping hot, and since I have a cat tongue, it took me a long time to eat it, but the noodles didn't go all the way until the end, which is the beauty of homemade handmade noodles. I enjoyed the delicious noodles, which were smooth and chewy.
To be honest, when I used it before (about 10 years ago?), I felt it was expensive, so I stopped going there after that, but considering the current ramen situation, it might actually be cheaper.
...Well, honestly, it was delicious, so I'll come again.

    2024.11.27 (Wednesday) Lunch available.
Yesterday, I ate Mangetsu's hand-made noodles for the first time in a long time, and I was so excited that I visited every day.
Today, I wanted to experience the texture of hand-made noodles directly, so I ordered the tsukemen type “Zaru Cha Shumen.”
The dipping sauce (soy sauce sauce) has a nostalgic sweet and salty taste, but the sweetness and saltiness are modest and easy to eat.
The pork belly is carefully rolled into thick slices, and the char siew is melty and delicious. I had a satisfying lunch today as well.

2024.11.28 (Thu), even I was surprised! I unexpectedly visited for lunch three days in a row...so I'm currently addicted to the full moon.
I liked the smooth texture of the tsukemen, but the plump and chewy texture of the warm soup noodles really stood out, which was great ♡
This is all due to the high potential of the hand-made noodles, which have a nice texture and texture, and the thickly sliced chashu pork, which is sinfully melty and full of flavor.
And at that moment, it was registered in my mind as my standard Akabane lunch restaurant (lol).

Gachinko ramen that has evolved uniquely.
There's nothing fake about handmade noodles!!!
I feel pride in “homemade grilled pork”!!!

I had the recommended white miso chashu ramen.
The price is 1,500 yen. There is no element of beauty at all
Even though you can't see it from the outside, the restaurant is so busy that it's fully booked on Sunday afternoons. It is distinct from ramen such as 〇〇-type ramen that is popular in each era.

    Really smooth and chewy noodles.
The char siu is expensive at 500 yen for two pieces.
    I feel no compromise whatsoever.
The soft texture and juicy flavor of the trottoro will leave you completely satisfied. It's so delicious!

The slightly sweet and spicy white miso soup with a hint of garlic has the flavor you'd expect and just the right amount of richness, making you want to keep drinking it.
It's packed with plenty of vegetables and is piping hot from the first bite.
I noticed that there were freshly stir-fried vegetables in there.
Normally at ramen restaurants, the toppings are prepared in advance and simply placed on top of the ramen during cooking, so the texture is often cold, but here, the toppings, both vegetables and meat, are warm and you can feel the warmth of the chef.

The total amount is also larger than a normal ramen shop.
It satisfies both the stomach and the soul.

The city's unique characteristics that are not swayed by these times.
I'm really happy to have found a shop that continues to make handmade ramen.

There are about 7 counter seats.
There are about 3 table seats for 4 people.
There are seats for 8 people in the center.
    From families to single women
The store is well kept and very clean.
The store is easy for anyone to enter.

The alcohol menu is also extensive.
You can also drink alcoholic drinks with this extremely delicious char siu.

If you want to compete seriously with delicious food
A famous restaurant that I definitely recommend.
