A famous restaurant that seems to go its own way. This is an indispensable shop in Akira-kei.
The spacious interior has counter and table seats. There are several parking spaces in front of the store.
The energetic staff is full of Showa atmosphere. A unique style in which private conversations are exchanged throughout. It's not whether you like it or not, it's whether you can accept it or not.
"Special Miso"
This is my first time having miso here.
It's a rich miso for this type of miso, and I'm also addicted to the moderate spiciness.
The medium-thin noodles with low water content are thoroughly boiled and have a crunchy texture.
I usually have thinly sliced char siu, but the thickly sliced fatty pork this time was also tender and delicious.

On my way back from Costco on a cold day in November, I had ramen🍜 for lunch🥳Delicious😋Chinese noodles🤓⤴️
Arrived at 13:30, passed the peak and went to the back table 💁♂🤗⤴️
Special Ramen ¥1,050-🤯😁😌🥳⤴️
This is a nostalgic Chinese soba that I used to eat at the Kyoto Station store🥳😆😁🥢⤴️
Arrived in 5 minutes, so fast 🧀😌🛖🥳⤴️
The soup is so light and refreshing ⤴️⤴️ It's cool 🥳👏😙🥢✨
The noodles are medium thick, and the soup is just right tangled.🤯🙋🍜⤴️
The pork char siu 🥩🦃🥢 is thick and melty and full of flavor 🤩🤤, and the green onions, menma, and bean sprouts are a nice accent 🍜🍚🛖🐓⤴️
This is a safe soy sauce ramen, and the taste of Changja is also good😌🙋😏⤴️
Thank you for the meal~🍴🕋🍜🥢🙇⤴️
