Ramen Noboru Reviews

Ramen Noboru Google Average Rating

By far the best ramen in Kanazawa. Enjoy the great family admosphere that only a small business can offer. Prices range from 650 to 850 yen, making it very cheap for the quality. Soup is mainly chicken broth with a hint of fish, making it unique. Sometimes they have a special spicy Indian curry broth, awesome! Open only lunch time, from 11am till 3pm, close on Tuesday. No reservations, if you come before 2pm expect to wait at least 30mins on weekdays. Weekend is busy anytime. Has one Michellin star!

Very good. Ramen's soup is good.

Soy sauce🍜
Pork bones and seafood that don't make a big statement on the base chicken broth. Moderately emulsified soup with modest back fat.
The noodles are crunchy and chewy, and the chargrilled pork is fragrant and both have a nice finish.
Whether it's gentle or not is a different experience for each person, but for me I felt it was a solid and delicious drink.

The rice bowl was delivered quickly and I felt that the owner and staff were working closely together😙
I think it's very nice that the parking lot is available at the supermarket next door. I think it's even more so since it's a popular restaurant.
It might be a good idea to go shopping at a co-op to cleanse your palate after eating ramen😁
