Possibly the best ramen I’ve ever had.
The shio soba one is even better in comparison to Tsuta’s shoyu soba to me. The sweetness from the shellfish balances perfectly against the beef in the broth. A must try if you happen to pass by the area
For those of you who found truffle a bit overwhelming in ramen(Tsuta), this is perfect. This is the same clear broth style with nothing in the way of the beef and shellfish.

We tried the tsukumen and shoyu ramen, and both were delicious! We ate it for dinner, and again for lunch the next day. Great broth and very tender meat slices with just the right ratio of fats and lean meat. This place sits 10 pax around the bar counter, that provides you a view of the cooking process. Tiny shop, but amazing ramen!

This Maze-soba was pretty good but Shio-ramen was the best that i think. I’ll probably come visit again & try Tsukemen!
