First time trying Tsukumen! You cannot get that back in America, though it seems to be all the rage here in Japan. Try it!
I ordered more than I needed to. I was worried that I would not get char siu in the base order. But the bowl of broth presented with my Tsukumen had bobbing chunks of warm fatty pork. Delicious.
There was a line already there when I got in right when the store opened. But it did not take too long to be seated at the counter. And the vending machine makes ordering easy without holding up the line.

Kombu water tsukemen is just great, clean and elegant. Top up also full of favorite, very complete overall, especially no need long waiting here.
