A popular store in Oguchi, Yokohama. I went there because I wanted to eat tsukemen.
When I went there at 11:30, there were about a dozen people in line, but the rotation was fast so I was called after about 15 minutes. Since I lined them up indoors, I could barely withstand even midsummer.
I went inside and ordered some ramen to share with my wife.
The ramen is soy sauce-based and light. Sometimes I want to eat something like this. It had two types of chicken and had a lot of flavor.
Tsukemen is the type of noodles that come with just the noodles and come with the soup stock, making it a refreshing option in the summer.
The dipping sauce is rich soy sauce. However, the ramen was thick and easy to eat.
When you finish eating, you can mix it with the dipping sauce and drink it. Still, it was so thick that I felt very dry afterwards.
I gave it a modest score because I like the taste, but the staff at this store were energetic and friendly, and I was left with a very good impression.
(When I went there, all the employees were young men)

I visited after 6pm, and there were about 6 people waiting outside the store. I am always impressed by the politeness of the staff.Choose the
recommended menu.Special Pork Tsuke Soba ¥1,500 It looks beautiful✨Taste the al dente ultra-fine noodles soaked in kelp water. You
can eat this on its own. The piping hot yuzu-flavored rich soup had multiple types of char siu, eggs, wontons, etc.
This is my third time here, and I'm sure I'll come back again.

First time trying Tsukumen! You cannot get that back in America, though it seems to be all the rage here in Japan.  Try it!
I ordered more than I needed to.  I was worried that I would not get char siu in the base order.  But the bowl of broth presented with my Tsukumen had bobbing chunks of warm fatty pork.  Delicious.
There was a line already there when I got in right when the store opened.  But it did not take too long to be seated at the counter.  And the vending machine makes ordering easy without holding up the line.

Kombu water tsukemen is just great, clean and elegant. Top up also full of favorite, very complete overall, especially no need long waiting here.

We lined up at 12:50 and were seated in about 30 minutes.
Unfortunately, the item you are looking for is sold out.
I want to go again soon!! ︎
