I had the signature Tsumugi Ramen.

The noodles are made with the owner's extraordinarily particular wheat, and are medium-thick, straight, smooth, and delicious.
As mentioned in the introduction, the soup has a taste reminiscent of soba noodles, and the sesame oil gives it a nice aftertaste.
By default, there are three pieces of chashu, and the flavor is soaked in very well, making it an exquisite dish!

The mini waraji katsudon, which can be added when ordering ramen, was also very delicious.

The customer service of the female staff member who served the meals was pleasant and it was a wonderful restaurant!

It's located just outside the Showa Exit of Akihabara Station and across the pedestrian crossing under the Shuto Expressway, but the store is located in the basement of a building, so if you're a woman, it might be a little difficult to enter. However, there is a wonderful shop waiting for you...!

I had the ramen (soy sauce) and katsudon set.
The soup, which combines Japanese-style soup stock with animal-based ingredients such as chicken and pork bones, had a very gentle taste. The noodles are smooth and have a good wheat aroma and firmness. It was a dish somewhere between ramen and thin udon noodles.
In addition to its inconspicuous location on the B1 floor, it is only open in the evenings from 6pm to 8pm on weekdays from Monday to Thursday, making it a hidden gem that is difficult to visit.
The store staff is very polite and makes you feel comfortable. The cool red guitar displayed in the store was played by the owner.
