This restaurant is located in Kyoto. It takes 20 minutes by train and walking from JR Kyoto station. The restaurant is opened everyday from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m except Friday. The restaurant is closed from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. , so please be aware of the opening hours. Also, this restaurant received a lot of awards. For example, the first rank of Ramen walker Kansai versions which is a tournament to decide the most delicious ramen.
This restaurant has a Japanese traditional atmosphere. There is a nice Japanese lantern in front of the shop. When you enter into the shop, you can see a wooden table and white wall. In addition, there are clothes hangers. It’s really convenient. This restaurant has only 13 counter seats and we couldn’t make a reservation, therefore we have no choice to go there and wait for a seat. However, there are some waiting seats and we can drink water there, so you can spend comfortable time even waiting time. While you are waiting, the store employee takes your order in order to serve it as soon as possible. Of course, they have a English menu. Also, this restaurant only accept cash, so please be careful.
This restaurant offers not many foods, but they are all delicious. You can eat most of the menus for less than 1000 yen. Ramen is a regular item of this restaurant. They use homemade noodles which is made from wheat produced in Hokkaido. It is soft and chewy. If you try eating it once, you will become addicted. My favorite topping is grilled pork. It is very delicious and tender. When I went to this restaurant with my friends, everyone said this roasted pork is the most delicious they have ever eaten. Also another popular menu is grilled pork bowl. It is topped with grilled pork cut into cubes and mayonnaise. I could enjoy the taste different from Ramen’s grilled pork. If you don’t like mayonnaise, you can get this bowl without mayonnaise. In addition, this restaurant has a dish offered for a limited time. It is Dandan noodles. One of ingredient in this dish is doubanjiang, so it’s a little spicy. This menu is only available in the summer. If you want to eat Dandan noodles, you should go to this restaurant in the summer.
I recommend you to go to Ramen-Turumusha, if you want to eat the most delicious ramen in Japan.

Very mild healthy ramen. Prefer Wafu-ramen whose soup is mixed with fish broth. The texture of noodle is just amazing, it feels so great on the lips, tongue, everywhere in the mouth!!
