I passed by the store every morning and kept thinking to myself, ``I want to go inside.'' I finally stopped by on my way home after a hard day's work.
It was almost closing time, and there were no other customers, so I ordered everything I wanted.
Salt ramen, flavored egg, chashu, gyoza
Everything was delicious🍜I was especially surprised at how soft and delicious the chashu pork was, which was highly recommended by other people.
The umami and gentle taste of salt ramen filled my body.
And the flavored eggs were super delicious! !
Inside the store, there were two men running the store.
I would definitely go eat there again!
The gyoza was also delicious🥟

Large portions are free during lunch. Run by a husband and wife team, the soy sauce ramen is a traditional, nostalgic ramen. The chashu is melt-in-your-mouth delicious. There is a coin parking lot in front of you.

↓Additional note↓
I received 1250 yen of Charshu Tsukesoba.
I really like chashu.
But other than that, hmmm.
Next time we will try other menu items.
↑↑
I received a large serving of soy sauce char siu wontons.
Although it was crowded, the customer service was efficient and smooth.
Anyway, the chashu is delicious.
This is the most shocking char siu of the famous Jingoro Ramen in Takayama City, Gifu Prefecture.
If you like char siu that is flavorful and soft, please try it.
Other soup noodles are delicious, but I don't think I needed the wonton.

It's been a long time since I last visited Yamaichi, and the ramen here is a shop that embodies the basics of what ramen should be.
On this day, I ordered char siu noodles for 1,200 yen and gyoza for 300 yen, and although 1,200 yen for char siu noodles seems a little expensive, I guess the price was set considering the free large portion. On the other hand, 300 yen for gyoza is quite cheap and feels like a good deal.
The chashu noodles and gyoza were served almost at the same time in about 10 minutes, and when you eat ramen, the taste is consistent. The char siu is soft and melts easily. It's not fancy, but as I get older I'm more into tonkotsu ramen and want this kind of ramen. Needless to say, gyoza are cheap and delicious. It would be nice if the ramen prices were a little cheaper at a restaurant that I would like to eat at regularly. Thank you for the meal.
