This was my second visit for the shop's specialty, peach soup. Anyway, each dish is carefully prepared and wonderful. It makes me think that the appearance, taste, smell, and texture have all been carefully thought out.
Starting with herbal tea before the meal, there are so many things that can hardly be called appetizers.
The food came out as if it were a story, and my mind and body were satisfied.
The final dessert is also cute.
It was an enjoyable course from beginning to end.

Everything is delicious
I added peach soup to the 7,700 yen lunch course, and at this price, I was satisfied with the taste, quantity, and appearance.
3 appetizers
1 white corn mousse
The mousse was delicious, but the grilled young corn that came with it was delicious with the truffle as a nice accent.
2 Fried sweetfish
Amazing crispiness! I also like the slightly bitter taste.
Kagata cucumbers cut into noodles were delicious with a cucumber aroma.
3 Lobster
The heat was perfect, the shrimp was cooked just right, and it was delicious.
A dish that shows the skill of the chef
The sauce also had the flavor of the shrimp as expected, and I realized once again that it was French.

1100 yen is expensive, but it's a product I'd like to buy again.
5 Red sea bream poire
Poire? We also add grilling to make the skin delicious.
It is a plate to taste red sea bream.
The shrimp shinjo served as a side dish was seasoned with Manganji chili pepper, and it was also delicious.
(It's a French restaurant, but I like restaurants like this)
6 Tahara Beef Ichibo
This is also a typical French dish with delicious sauce.
Dried olives? goes well with meat
The doneness was just right, so even those who don't like rare or those who prefer redder could enjoy it.

Occasionally, I come across a French restaurant that looks like it could open a restaurant just for desserts.
It's like that here too
The bottom is mango, pine, and passion fruit, and on top is mango pudding.
And the perilla gelato and yogurt ice cream on top are exquisite!
The finishing touch was coconut spuma, which was also delicious.
I forgot the photo and ate one bite.
Oh, by the way, the flower on top is apparently alyssum (it's edible).
So, the food was delicious, but I was a little disappointed that I couldn't get refills of bread.
It's a bread with onions on top, and it's elaborate, but the sauce on the dish is delicious, so it would have been better for me if I had chosen plain for the second one.
There was an inscription on the meat knife.
It is said to be the work of Seki.

One of the joys of returning home is the food.
This time it's this shop.
I knew Mr. Ronnefeldt, who lived next door, because he had bought it in Germany and had gone there often before, but he actually didn't know about Mr. Luconaissance. (I don't know if it happened 10 years ago)
Higashibetsuin for the first time in a while. I went to the store after confirming that Wolfie (a mascot of a certain TV station) was still alive and well across Otsu Street from the store.
The inside of the restaurant is small with only 5-6 sets of tables, but they make good use of the beautifully polished mirrors, so it doesn't feel claustrophobic. I misunderstood lol).
You can feel the beautiful and careful work that goes into each and every dish.
There are no fancy or flashy performances, but the items are very natural and desirable. The taste is also very good.
Items from local sponsoring companies were incorporated in a variety of ways. The bread baked in a small Vermicular pot is also an interesting addition. I also have a frying pan and a deep pot at home, so it felt very familiar to me.
Actually, on this day, I had a dinner party with a friend until after 2:00 pm, and I was worried that I would rudely leave dinner at 6:00 pm.
However, it was a completely unnecessary worry.
All the dishes are gentle and delicious, so before you know it, you'll have eaten them all.
As for alcohol, I only had champagne for the first drink, and saved up on non-alcoholic (freshly squeezed pomelo juice) for the second drink (because I drank a lot during lunch).
Are most of the customers young? My husband and I have definitely raised the average age lol

Not only the food but also the pricing is reasonable. I was surprised to find such a good restaurant in Higashibetsuin.
One station away from the hustle and bustle of Kanayama and Kamimaezu (Osu). I think it's a good store that's worth visiting.
