Red Pepper Ebisu Review Summary

Average place for quick in and out dining. The menu is in Japanese so gaijin beware. Mix of western and Japanese food. I had the sanma pizza and while I love sanma and pizza I must say that combo was not my thing. Signature lasagna ok. Drinks ok.

It was a very delicious, slightly pricey Italian restaurant with a nice atmosphere!
The lasagna was unlike any other I've had before (it was pretty much one large pasta suspended in a thick soup) but it was creamy and really good! The pizza, pasta, and focaccia were also tasty. The staff were a little less than friendly, but they met all of our needs. The atmosphere of the store actually reminded me of Italy, which was nice.

The lasagna isn't what you'd expect, but still pretty tasty. It's like a shallow pie, and features only a single layer of noodle (normally you'd get two or three). Lunch was 1100 yen, which is pretty normal for this area.

I'd recommend it here. The outdoor seating is nice, but is also a smoking zone -*-

I would not recommend this place… I visited twice, and both of my visit did not make me rate the place more than 3 starts.

Especially the 2nd time was bad.
I ordered soup pasta lunch ( picture ) which comes with salad, main, bread and drinks.

(Actually the picture looks way better than it looks…)
The taste was not good, topping was so little and my friend who ordered different pasta almost did not recognize the topping as it was too little lol

This was ¥1200 which I know way better places close to this area. I was very disappointed and decided not to go back to waste money.
Customer service was NOT great either.
I would recommend you to walk 3 min more to have better Italian lunch with the same pricing.
