At RÉGULIER, a French restaurant in Hiroo, you can enjoy the most delicious and authentic French cuisine in Tokyo. The madam is from Yurihonjo City, Akita Prefecture, and the chef is able to create a blend of Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine, incorporating ingredients from Akita Prefecture. You can enjoy a course where you can fully enjoy the skill that goes into the dessert.

We had a gorgeous meal here with such an attentive, lovely service. I could tell that the menu was very carefully thought out, and everything was prepared to perfection. Although we couldn’t speak Japanese, the staff took great effort to explain the menu to us, and we really appreciated it. Thank you so much💖

This is one of my favorite French restaurants in Tokyo. Regulier is not a typical French restaurant, more like fusion with Japanese and Chinese, since Chef spent his young ages at French and Chinese restaurant.

Regulier is known for offering innovative cuisine within a polite and basic setting. I am a big fun of their homemade bread which is also incredibly delicious.

It is a nice shop with a quiet atmosphere as it is a little far from the station. The wine selection was good, and the food was all authentic and delicious! I think the standard dishes and seasonal dishes harmonize well at a high level.

This is my 30th visit to Ebisu's favorite French restaurant since the days of ``Serie''. Visited with my family for lunch on a cold and rainy Sunday. Today we will introduce Challans duck from the Burgaud family, which is synonymous with French ducks whose import has been banned since October...

This is a very cute shop located on the way from Ebisu Station to Hiroo. There are many dishes that are very creative, especially sautéed mushrooms like steak, which have a texture, texture, and aroma that I have never eaten before, and are surprisingly delicious...
