At RÃGULIER, a French restaurant in Hiroo, you can enjoy the most delicious and authentic French cuisine in Tokyo. The madam is from Yurihonjo City, Akita Prefecture, and the chef is able to create a blend of Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine, incorporating ingredients from Akita Prefecture. You can enjoy a course where you can fully enjoy the skill that goes into the dessert.

We had a gorgeous meal here with such an attentive, lovely service. I could tell that the menu was very carefully thought out, and everything was prepared to perfection. This is one of my favorite French restaurants in Tokyo. Regulier is not a typical French restaurant, more like fusion with Japanese and Chinese, since Chef spent his young ages at French and Chinese restaurant.
Regulier is known for offering innovative cuisine within a polite and basic setting. I am a big fun of their homemade bread which is also incredibly delicious.
