Relevé Dessert Relevé Dessert Higashiazabu Description

Located in the Higashiazabu neighborhood of Tokyo, relevé dessert is a charming and unique restaurant that specializes in sweets and pastries. The name 'relevé' comes from the French culinary term meaning 'to lift' or 'to raise,' and this concept is reflected in the elevated and exquisite desserts that are served here.

What sets relevé dessert apart from other dining establishments is its focus on creating visually stunning and delicious desserts that are almost too beautiful to eat. The talented pastry chefs at relevé dessert have mastered the art of combining flavors, textures, and colors to create edible works of art. From delicate macarons to decadent cakes, each dessert is meticulously crafted with attention to detail.

One of the standout menu items at relevé dessert is their signature dessert platter, which features a selection of their most popular sweets. This platter allows diners to sample a variety of flavors and textures, making it the perfect choice for those who want to experience the full range of what the restaurant has to offer.

The restaurant itself is elegantly decorated, with a modern and minimalist aesthetic that allows the desserts to take center stage. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, making it the perfect place to indulge in a sweet treat and escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Dessert experience was exceptional and beats my favorite place in NYC! I am fortunate to be able to try all three dishes. Ingredients were high quality and effort level is also high. Each flavor and texture combination was creative, balanced and very delicious! Come early to avoid waiting in line!

Excellent place to stop for dessert after a meal. Service was friendly and attentive. I ordered the choco mint dessert and it was very good. I also didn't realize I was ordering a full bottle of wine so I didn't drink it all.

This is one of the sumptuous dessert bars in Tokyo. The owner's seasonal dessert menu will certainly change how you look, taste and feel about dessert.
It's just a 3-minute-walk from Akabanebashi station. But be sure to make a reservation in advance. They only have 7 seats at the bar counter and two small low tables.
In Hong Kong, we've many western cafe and local HK cafe that offer sweets late in the evening but here in Japan it's difficult to find good cafe where you can have decent sweets after dinner. So, I hope this dessert bar stays in this area for many years to come.

For this year's Christmas cake, I took out this one. There was a memorial service scheduled for the eve of the 24th, so I had to suddenly change the pick-up date to the 23rd. Pre-order Noel Short No. 4 (5,800 yen) from Instagram...
