Restaurant E'volta Unico Polo

Very good food. I'm a big fan of the small portions-multiple courses meal. Everything here is very good, food, service was excellent. But what really sets it off was the view of Minatomirai from the 20th floor. Yokohama is such a sexy city!

This is an Italian restaurant located on the 20th floor of Mitsui Garden Hotel Yokohama Minato Mirai Premier, which opened in May 2023.
Although it is located in Yokohama Connect Square, there are still very few office and shop tenants, so it was very difficult to understand the flow of traffic to the entrance and hotel.

The day we had lunch was a Sunday, and it just so happened that there was a concert by some idol at the Pia Marina across the street, so there were a lot of teenage girls hanging out around the hotel, taking over the benches and floors. The atmosphere was not pleasant.
People were playing with their smartphones behind pillars where no one would normally be around, or they were sitting on the ground rummaging through their luggage...

The inside of the hotel is a different world, especially the 20th floor where the restaurant is located, which is a new building with bright lights and a nice view, so it was very clean.

The lunch menu seems to only have courses.
All of them are delicious and satisfying.
The pasta in particular was very delicious, as it had been a while since I had eaten pasta at an authentic Italian restaurant.
The volume was just right, not too much.

Since it was a newly opened restaurant, there were times when the cooking sense was too busy, and the staff were so essential to the operation that they didn't respond to our calls at all.

I was satisfied with the taste of the food.

When I made the reservation, I told them that I was celebrating my friend's birthday and that I would like to order a dessert plate, but the restaurant contacted me and suggested that they offer a plan that included a fruit plate for the same price, so I changed to that.
It was a great time to see a happy birthday message on a plate with fruit that looked like the day's fruit. The staff also took many commemorative photos for us.
I had a window seat and could see the view of Minato Mirai between the surrounding buildings.
The meals are course meals with a choice of pasta, main dish, and dessert, and each dish uses Japanese, Western, and Chinese tableware, giving you the feeling of traveling around the world.
I was full from just the course dishes, but at the end I chose 3 out of 5 types of snacks, so I was able to enjoy myself till the end and was full.
Since it was a weekday lunch, there were many female customers and they were very chatty, so if you want quiet, I recommend a private room, although there will be an additional charge.
It was a relaxing lunch that lasted over 2 hours.
