It was the height of the summer heat, but by writing my name at the entrance, I didn't have to wait in line and was able to kill time elsewhere until I thought it was almost time.
I went there around 11:50, and the place was full with customers who had just opened, so I had to wait about 40 minutes to get in.
Ordered the mixed fries set meal.
It took about 20 minutes for the food to come out.
It came out piping hot.
Two large shrimp ๐ฆ, minced meat cutlet, and on this day it was salmon instead of horse mackerel.
The fries were crispy with a thin layer of batter on them. It's a delicious fried food that isn't greasy.
Still, we both drank half the beer, so we were full.
The pictures on the wall are bright and the cat sitting there is cute, and I like the atmosphere.
It seems to be popular at night too.

I visited this restaurant several times for lunch when it was in Jimbocho.
This is my first visit after moving here.

It's probably been 15 years since I visited Jimbocho in the basement of the Shogakukan building. This was my first visit after the move. I'll never forget how delicious and moving the fried shrimp lunch was. The price has gone up a bit, but the taste is perfect. It wasn't too oily, and the taste of the shrimp harmonized wonderfully with the accompanying tartar sauce. It's only about half the capacity of the previous store, but if you're this satisfied, you'll want to wait for lunch.
Next time I want to make a reservation and come in the evening.
