Food was not bad but the restaurant is overpriced and the management is quite rude, for that price I would consider something else in Tokyo.

I visited Restaurant TOYO Tokyo on the 3rd floor of Tokyo Midtown Hibiya. This is the Tokyo branch of the Paris main branch of Restaurant TOYO, run by owner and chef Toyomitsu Nakayama. This is a counter French restaurant where you can casually enjoy high-quality French cuisine in a lively atmosphere.

On this day, I ordered the short course ``Menu Leger A (9,922 yen including tax),'' a six-course short course that included seasonal appetizers, seasonal fish dishes, and main meat dishes. Cheers Champagne is the rich and refreshing Royal Reserve Non Dosé typical of Philippona.

The fine milt is grilled with cheese on a hot iron plate and is crispy and creamy. White balsamic adds sourness and makes it refreshing. It has a nice flavor with furyuzu, and I can understand why it would be paired with sake, but strangely it doesn't have a Japanese aroma. That's also incredibly interesting.

The main dish was duck meat. The combination of the sweet sauce with the feta cheese, which has a perfect balance of salty and sour, is also wonderful. You'll be surprised by the unprecedented texture of LaFrance, grilled and grilled on an iron plate. I also admire how well they use the open kitchen.

Although it was a short course, it was a very satisfying course. It was also nice that the herbal tea after the meal was fresh. This is an ideal place where you can spend a great time without worrying too much.
