Rigoletto Bar And Grill Review Summary

Food tasted reasonably nice but let down by poor service. Prices are high but that’s to be expected. Service was polite but takes a long time. You’ll be waiting hours for food and even the drinks take 30 mins. We ordered a vegetarian dish from the menu and it came containing meat which wasn’t advertised in English or Japanese. We sent it back to the kitchen but the staff refused to refund the dish. So that’s pretty disappointing. Very uncompromising staff and slow service leads to a below average experience at this restaurant and we wouldn’t come back again. Restaurant looks nice but that doesn’t make up for it.

We were lucky to get a table near the window: the view with Tokyo Tower was amazing! It's kinda like family restaurant as many people celebrated their birthdays.

We frequent the Rigoletto bar and restaurant chains. It’s always top quality food (grand menu all day), affordable wines, great service and ambience. The Roppongi location upholds this exceptional reputation! The seating options are diverse - with bar seats, large booths, and/or tables. They can accommodate larger groups as well. The menu evolves, but a few items remain as staples such as the roasted chickpea that is lovely for snacking on and cheese platters. Rigoletto offers creative pastas, pizza and so much more in beautiful Roppongi hills!

Always excellent burger! When I worked in Hills in the past, I would have it at least once a week and it is still awesome.
They make it medium and it’s always tender, juicy and flavorful. Per the menu “THE PATTY OF ‘RIGOLETTO BURGERS’ IS COOKED TO MEDIUM TO TASTE THE BEST” It has won awards too, deservedly so.
Family had pizza and pastas too which all rocked! Dessert was just ok so may stick with just the savory next time.

One of my favorite restaurants in Tokyo. This is my third time, and I thoroughly enjoyed their food, drinks, and service. The food is delicious, and I particularly love their Strawberry Metropolitan cocktail. They also have a good wine collection
